LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO TAKE OVER MY PART OF THE LEASE

hello! i’m looking for someone to fill my spot at my lease starting november. i will pay for a month free (november) so im looking for someone to start paying from december - end of the lease (august 3, 2027) but you can move in starting november! the earlier you move in, the more you would save! Essentially the effective rent would be 1820 if you move in early for the free month of november.

please keep in mind that your roommates are a couple. they have a dog and 3 cats. the cats usually stay in their room, but the dogs crate is on the side of the living room.

total rent of the apt: 3895 (below market - the asher currently posted 4085 for a similar apt)
total monthly rent excluding utilities: 2047.5
parking spot: free! comes with your apt portion.

- the apartment utilities are usually around 200 for 4 people (100 for 2)
- the PG&E bill is usually around 180 for 4 people (90 for 2)

you will be taking over my room and will have a walk-in closet + private bathroom! there’s lots of amenities (rooftop pool and lower pool, gym, coworking space, bike shop, 2 clubhouse, etc). here is a list of the perks:
- shared area furnished (by roommates but you can feel free to furnish more)
- in-unit washer dryer
- dishwasher
- private balcony
- 3rd floor
- garage parking
- walking distance from fremont bart
