The house is 2800 sqft. There is a large backyard, full kitchen, TV room, Screening room, exercise equipment, sunroom, and dining room. Every bedroom comes with its own heating, AC, and dehumidifier unit. The whole first floor is common space. The house and neighborhood are very quiet, safe, and within walking distance of many amenities (<1 mile). Outdoor cameras are in use for security.
I ask that every roommate adhere to some simple rules of behavior: Be Clean, Quiet, Respectful, and Responsible. I handle most maintenance situations.
Pets are allowed conditionally. We must have a meet and greet. Animals used to live here. So, housebroken is a must!
The rental agreement is month to month. The move-in fee is: Security deposit, $500(refundable) per person + Pet deposit, if applicable: $150 (non-refundable) + the first month's rent: $2000 = $2500($2650 w/pet).
