Hi everyone! I’m subleasing a private bedroom with a private bathroom in a 2B2B apartment in Southside Berkeley for the upcoming summer, June - August (flexible).

The rent is $1250/month + PG&E which is split amongst the housemates.

The other bedroom in the apartment is also available if you have roommates looking for a place as well.

The bedroom comes fully furnished with everything you’ll need—bed, desk, and more. It has a full closet with mirrored doors, plenty of natural light, and a beautiful view of the Berkeley Hills. The bathroom is en-suite, with a glass shower and private access from inside the room.

The living area is spacious and thoughtfully set up with three desks and chairs, a comfortable couch, a table, and an extra cozy seat. There’s plenty of open space to make your own. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove, and everything you’ll need for cooking and meal prep.

The apartment staff is very responsive and quick to help with anything you need.

The complex is located at Ashby and Telegraph, right above the 6 bus stop, which runs every 10–15 minutes and gets you to campus in just 5–10 minutes. There’s a Whole Foods across the street and lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, especially in the charming Elmwood area.
