The Room is a Large Bedroom (180sf) has carpeted floors and a shared Bathroom. The Rent has been reduced to $950/mo., plus utilities. Everyone has full access to the Kitchen, Garage, Backyard and Utility-Room. (Sorry: no kids, no pets or no smoking.) The House is equipped with a Rooftop Solar System to reduce our overall Electrical Costs.

The Home has a lush and tranquil backyard and spacious patio with a newly planted lawn and a beautiful gazebo.
The Side-yard has a mature fruit tree terraced area and a young vineyard. The House backs up to the County Wildlife Preserve and Forest, so there are no rear neighbors to obstruct the picturesque forest landscaping, allowing you to savor the uninterrupted views of the wildlife.

We are seeking a roommate who is: laid-back, very responsible, and considerate of others, cleans up after themselves (especially in the common areas).

We are working professionals, seeking a 1-year Lease with a mature roommate for our house.
We are all very conscientious of our home and strive to keep our home clean and tidy. We drink socially (not excessively).
