Due to an unexpected visa requirement and program change, I urgently need to leave the U. S. by the end of September. I have loved living here and have maintained a fantastic relationship with our apartment management team—my departure is purely due to these sudden visa circumstances.

Because of this, I am looking for a female tenant (student, scholar, or professional of any nationality) to take over my spot in a spacious 3B/1B apartment on Addison Street starting October 1st.

This is an official Lease Takeover / Roommate Replacement processed safely and directly through apartment management.

Included Utilities: Water, trash, and standard municipal fees are included in the rent.

Additional Expenses: Wi-Fi is $20/month per person, and electricity is split among roommates.

Free Perks: I will leave all my cookware, kitchenware, pots, pans, and essential daily household items for free to the incoming tenant.

Flexible Lease Term: October 1, 2026 – Mid-December 2026. Flexible short-term stays (1 month, 2 months, or the full period) are all welcome, with an option to extend/renew directly with management if desired.

Original Rent: $1,188/month.

Effective Rent: $950/month (plus electric & $20 internet).

Upfront Cash Subsidy: To secure a quick transition before my departure, I am offering a direct $700 upfront cash subsidy to the new tenant, bringing your effective rate down to $950/month.
