CURRENT OCCUPANTS:
- Me: CIS Female, the home owner. I work in ethical manufacturing which has given me the opportunity to travel extensively and speak Spanish, French, and Cantonese. I am extremely active - yoga, dance, swim, snowboard, bicycle, motorcycle, and keep up with national & global news. I also enjoy sewing and always have a project going. I don’t love to cook, but I like healthy food so I cook frequently. I am a transparent, calm communicator. I can engage in meaningful conversation, but I also value my quiet time and will assume you do too unless you initiate.

- Adult son: A student at Laney College. Has his own entrance to the home. Does a lot of the maintenance on the home. Neurodivergent, very capable, friendly, kind and helpful, verbal but generally quiet.

- Male roommate: An engineer with his own home in SoCal. An intelligent, empathetic and friendly person who is active in surfing, pickleball and travel. Spends only 2 nights per week.

Previous long term female roommate of 12 years was an attorney. I prefer a roommate who doesn’t work from home, but it’s not a deal breaker. I like to share space with folks who are healthy and responsible – physically, emotionally, etc.

TERMS
- $1250 include all of the utilities, high speed internet, and weekly professional cleaning.
- Month to month with 30 day notice. 2 months minimum, but prefer a longer term.
- First month's rent, $90 cleaning fee, and $700 refundable deposit due at lease signing
- Available May 17 – somewhat flexible.
- One person, sorry, but I’m not open to a couple or multiple people.
