While there is no private entrance to the room, its right up the stairs from the front door to your private space. This is a no-pet, non-smoking household. For your protection, there is a co-living agreement specifying cleanliness standards and quiet hours. The owner is friendly but quiet and respectful of your space and lives in one room.
