The home is beautiful and well maintained at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with friendly and considerate neighbors. Occasional neighborhood get-togethers include outdoor movies, outdoor workouts, barbeques and holiday dinners. We are surrounded by trees with a gorgeous private back yard with deck and patio for soaking in the sun. Located easy walking distance to organic groceries, Peets coffee, banks, post office, drug store, library and great eats.

Room is newly painted with a desk, dresser, shelves and full size bed with premium bedding. Price includes wi-fi, all utilities, and professional house cleaning weekly. While there is no private entrance to the room, its right up the stairs from the front door to your private space. This is a no-pet, non-smoking household. For your protection, there is a co-living agreement specifying cleanliness standards and quiet hours. We try to be environmentally conscious by recycling and reducing waste & plastic use.

We are all adults = two professionals and one student. One of the professionals (engineer) stays only a few days each week. I am the home owner and I specialize in ethical manufacturing. I am very active and friendly but quiet and respectful of your space and live in one room.

We are looking for a professional with healthy habits and good communication, that does not work entirely from home.
