Room in creative warehouse seeks Female Roommate!

In search of a kind female for our spacious warehouse home!

Our unit is located 10 blocks from Fruitvale BART in Oakland. The space includes a dance floor with high ceilings, mezzanine for movie watching on the projector, & a 2nd floor dining room near the kitchen.

The room is on the second floor and includes a "skylight door", Rent includes internet and $16/month contribution to house fund, which pays for communal purchases of toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, cleaning supplies etc. PG&E utilities are added to the rent and are usually $20-30.

There are 4 women. Our artistic endeavors include Flow Arts, face painting, photography, plant care, crafts, sewing, acting, juggling, and movement!

We welcome a new roommate that is employed, clean, has good communication skills, and a total plus if you like yoga/dance/circus arts/aerials, to make use of our ample dance floor. We try to have a short house meeting once a month, and we all contribute to a house chore weekly to maintain the cleanliness & organization of the space. Despite the number of people & dimensions of the space, we're more of a chill household than party unit.

Some moments you'd experience while living here:
Light co-working mornings over coffee, yoga, ambient music over a dance session on the floor, movie-watching on the wall, cooking to an oldies playlist in the evening, sunlight filtering through the numerous sky lights, the sound of the BART train & outside traffic, laughter, and a lot of quiet in between. No tobacco smoking.
