For $1100. a month, you get full use of the apartment including wifi, HD TV in the living room, water, full use of the kitchen, all kitchen ware and appliances, large living room/lounge and balcony, all with great views, plus off free street parking.
Building has brand new washer and dryer.
Nice safe neighborhood up a hill across from Cleveland Cascade, one block up from Lake Merritt. Lots of room for 2 people - 1250 sq ft - kitchen has fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, sink and table for four.
You have your own bedroom (a nice 12'x12' space) with a large window and your own good-size bathroom with shower/tub.
Home to a sweet 7 yr old, people-loving cat, Bella.
Four blocks from Trader Joe's, the Farmers Market, I-580 and the Grand/Lakeshore district (shops/theatre/restaurants, bars).
