Lease is 6 months then month to month (ideally looking for long term housemates)

Bedroom available with shared bathroom (shared with 1 other professional male) available in a modern single family home. House is kept clean (everyone take shoes off and house cleaner comes by monthly) and since everyone is a working professional the place is relatively quiet.

No smoking/animals, single occupancy per room, and house is no shoes.
