I am looking for a roommate to occupy a 128sq ft room in my 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath shared townhome. The room is upstairs, and you will have a parking spot on the site. Rent is $1000. Utilities are a little over $100. We are on a dead-end street, so it's quiet. We are about half a mile from Safeway and BART and less to Castro Valley Village. Pete is my other roommate. He and I are both older real Christians, but that doesn't mean we are quoting scriptures, blasting Christian music all day, or trying to convert you. It means we offer a safe and loving community atmosphere. We work together very well to clean and organize our place. We're known for sharing with everyone and supporting whoever needs help. Oh yeah, I have 2 cats.
