Seeking to rent out one room in a 3-bed/2-bath house in a safe neighborhood in Castro Valley. Rooms are available now and ready for move-in. Restaurants, shopping all within reach and just a few miles away. Castro Valley BART is also a 5-minute drive away.
I respectfully ask that potential roommates also be non-smokers, neat, tidy, keep things quiet, and clean up after themselves. Anyone into recreational smoking would not be a good fit either. Pets are not allowed to live in the house.
Common spaces will be shared amongst the residents. Utilities (Gas, Electric, Water, Trash, Internet) will be split amongst the residents. In-home wifi available.
