​Access to a downstairs bathroom (shared only with occasional house guests).
​Shared access to a spacious downstairs living room.
​Full kitchen access for cooking.

​Please note: The upstairs area is the landlord's private dwelling and is completely off-limits.

​Rent & Terms:
​Rent: $1,000/month (Due on the 1st).

​Cleanliness is a must: Must be neat and clean up behind yourself immediately in all shared common areas (kitchen, bathroom, living room). Strictly No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking of cigarettes, marijuana, or vaping anywhere inside the unit, including your bedroom or bathroom. ​No overnight guests without prior approval. ​No firearms/weapons permitted on the property.

​About the Setup:
You will be renting directly from me (the sole leaseholder). You will handle all rent, utilities, and communication through me directly rather than property management.
