This is for a single bedroom in a really nice townhouse a shared bath. You will share the common areas with two very nice working professionals.

The room is not furnished but the rest of the house has everything including living room furniture. etc.

This townhouse was built recently and the community is very quiet and safe. The roommates are nice and respectful. Located close to San Mateo bridge, 880, and the BART station. Please be clean and able to get along with roommates.
