Housemate Wanted to Split 2-bdr House

ROOM FOR RENT - 208 W. Broadmoor Blvd., San Leandro, 94577 - LEASE TERMS:
You'll be renting (technically, subletting) the 2nd bedroom in the 2-bedroom house that I rent. Monthly rent is $1,250; First month, last month, and deposit to move in, so $3,750. The period of your lease will be 7 months (to the end of 2020), at which point you can extend for another year if all is going well :-). This includes full access and use of the shared areas of the house (everywhere pictured in the photos, which is everywhere except my bedroom), the backyard, the driveway, and garage (for storage). Utilities are split evenly and usually come to around $200 each month. The house is furnished, but your bedroom is not.

Looking for a great housemate and fellow dog lover to share my house & rent the 2nd bedroom! I rent the house from the owner and you'll be subletting from me up through the end of the year, attending which point you'll have the option to renew for another year (presuming everything is going well, roommate-wise). You'll be sharing this charming house with me, a quirky, self-employed 34-year-old lefty, and Mufasa, an adorable 3-year-old Siberian Husky with B/B+ manners that I rescued a year ago. So, if you have a dog, we'll have to figure out if they're compatible with Mufasa (I'm afraid that small nervous dogs that bark a lot need not apply...). Cats I love, but.... I'm just not sure about them - my guess is that Mufasa would just want to be very good friends with them, but I can't be certain that he wouldn't try to eat them... Any kind of fish, reptile, or amphibian should be just fine; I'm ambivalent about crustaceans.

The bedroom that you'll be renting measures 11' x 11' and the house is about 1,100 ft . First month, last month, and deposit to move in, so $3,750. Let's see, the house is in a beautiful & electic neighborhood in San Leandro, a block west of E. 14th and 1.5 blocks South of Oakland. Also, 2 blocks to 7-11, 3 blocks to Grocery Outlet, and 3 minutes to Safeway.

Historically, Broadmoor Blvd. was a very choice address for wealthy San Leandroans and now boasts some of the grander homes in the city; things are a bit less grand and more humble here on West Broadmoor Blvd., (which has just been freshly paved! :-)), but it's a great spot. I've been here 4 years and intend to stay at least a few more.

I'm a very relaxed and reasonably clean roommate, mostly. Trumpites need not apply.
