Hi there! We are looking for a roommate to share a 3-bedroom apartment located in Central Berkeley. The apartment is the upper floor of a Victorian house, about a 15 minute walk from Downtown Berkeley, in a quiet, tranquil neighborhood. This is (from my perspective) a very comfortable place to live. Hardwood floors in common areas; modern appliances; washer/dryer in-unit; two bathrooms; nature-themed decoration (you're welcome); shared outdoor area, other virtues.

The room offered is large, carpeted, has two windows, and is adjacent from the second bathroom, which can function as a private bathroom if desired.

My name's Cal (Callan); I'm 32 years-old, male; I work for a couple of local moving companies, and am also in graduate school pursuing a Counseling Psychology degree. Additional interests include Buddhism, music production, being around trees, good movies.

Nikita is 23, and is a PhD Candidate in Engineering at UC Berkeley. He's been an awesome roommate.
