The bedroom dimensions are 12.5 x 8. New windows, hardwoods floors, small closet but there is a whimsical chalkboard wall, perfect for creative types. Room has a quality soundless overhead fan for summer nights. You share a bathroom with one other individual who is very clean.
The house is located in a very accessible and walkable location in Berkeley. Family friendly neighborhood with fairly quiet streets. We are withing a mile of two Berkeley Bart stops
