Room to rent in Berkeley

Hello!
My name is Sam and I live in north Berkeley, have been here a couple of months. I’m renting out my back private room and hope to find a good roommate :) it’s a shared bathroom and the kitchen is a bit small. I cook a lot and make it work, and I love to share my cooking too. You’d have your own side entrance with a lot of outside storage space. WiFi carrier is sonic, super fast, and included in the rent. No additional charges past the rent flat fee listed here ($1,100) will be added per month. I’d love to meet for coffee before hand to see if we’re a good match :) I have a cat as well.
I’m a middle school science teacher and student at UC Berkeley so I’m gone five days a week at school, and most weekends are spent away at my bf’s place or traveling.
