Private bedroom available in a shared house.

I am a current tenant looking for someone to take over my room starting around February 1. The lease runs to September, with the option to renew for another year if it’s a good fit.

The house is shared with other tenants and includes in-unit laundry, multiple refrigerators and stoves, and a large backyard. Easy street parking.

The bedroom is approximately 9x9 with a closet. Shared attic storage and bike parking are available.

Monthly rent is $1050. Utilities are split among housemates

House chores are shared. My job is to take out the trash, though if you'd rather unload the dishwasher or vacuum you can trade with people.
