Hi there, I’m looking for a housemate to take 1bed+1bath in my 2bed/2bath apartment in South Berkeley near the North Oakland/ Rockridge border. You get your own Living Room, private safe off street parking, and your own private entrance. Only shared space with me is the kitchen.

Great location: walking distance to BART, farmers market, Berkeley Bowl grocery, and many yoga studios, cafes, and community spaces.

You get:
-Private unfurnished bedroom with closet.
-Private en-suite bathroom w/shower.
-Private entrance at back of the house.
-Private safe off-street parking spot that’s just for you.
-Semi private unfurnished living/dining room. Each housemate gets their own living room. Yours would be semi-private because I will be walking through to use the kitchen. Pictured.
-Half of a large shared storage closet in hallway. (Not pictured)
-Access to neighborhood private outdoor space with picnic tables, grill, fire pit, basketball court, grassy areas, & playground. Perfect for a lil picnic, reading, entertain guests, or soak up a lil sun or meditate with some friendly trees. Pictured
