Subleasing 1 bedroom in a 2bed 2 bath furnished apartment. 1 of the bathrooms is completely available for your use. Fully equipped kitchen and house appliances that are at your disposal. Can be rented as a single ($1600) or double ($1000 each).
Located in the Berkeley Downtown Area. Great connection with Bus stops and Bart stations (5 min walk) which take you to San Francisco or to the UC Berkeley campus.
The other room is occupied by two people (one female and one male) who have been here for the full year and are staying on to do research during the summer months.
Detailed list of the utilities included in the house: Dishwasher, iron, vacuum cleaner, kitchen utensils that previous tenants left (all bought within the last year), washing Machine and Drier in common area of the building.
Utilities not included (paid every month independently): Wifi Box ($55 a month, divided between all the tenants), ⁠PG&E (varies every month and divided between all the tenants, too).
We are looking for someone easy going and willing to keep the common areas clean and tidy.
