Artsy Punk House Iso Of Other Creatives

Hey! Summertime is here our house is having 2 roommates move out their leaving the bay. Looking for possible candidates who live/work/students in the bay

UPDATE: We have 2 rooms left.
We are very selective and looking for a good fit. (qtpoc)
And others are considered.

ABOUT THE HOUSE:

- Queer and Queer adjacent.. -

-Old semi punk-house

-Very laxed on chores and things we just prefer people do basic courteous stuff like.. try not to leave a mess in the General spaces

-Theres 2 back yard cats. Very friendly and peaceful

-We have a huge back yard with 3 fruit trees fruit bushes and huge sunflowers
.(if your into that)

-Front yard is small but quant.

- Its not fancy looking.. However its consistent and is located in a great area; with kind regular neighbors ,fruit trees on every block, and excellent public transit access
Ex: On one end of the road you can catch the bus and on the other end you can catch the bart.

-We're a noise positive house.

Its mostly quiet here but its a big house the walls can be thin but traditionally people who've lived here arent very particular about noise if anything they would have ear buds or be listening to their own thing. Truth be told if someone is loud and we tell them people get it and turn ir down or off.

- The house has 3 LEVELS

-Everyone IS VERY INDEPENDENT we socialize together but only if the person who initiates it makes sure everyone is on the same page to do something together as a house☺️
I know some people want close roommate bonds unfortunately most of us respect each other enough to understand people have their own lives to attend to and as long as everyone is respectful, communicates clearly , problems are addressed then solved (asap) and Fiscal responsibilities are met EVERYTHING IS CHILL💓

Lastly -
ALL THE HOUSE MATES ARE WOMEN (3)

What WE WOULD LIKE:

-WOMAN/ MAN/ TRANS

-Anyone who vibes with aforementioned

-A person with a green thumb
Or 'handiman' skills

-A person who is more On the Introverted side

-A person who enjoys long bouts of silence / or loud
music everyonce in a while

-A person who enjoys cleaning or fixing things

-A person who is VERY
Consistent
" if they say they do it they do it"

-A person who is QUEER. Or 100% open to living with Queer people without no asscoiciates / are bring guest who are HOMOPHOBIC/ Misogynist/Racist

-A person who can advocate for themselves

-A person who is not in need of house mates to look after them..
Emotionally or with any excessive substance use

-A person whose great at resolving conflict.

( the house is to busy to hold grudges just fix it in the moment if you can)

-FYI the priority
Is with Non whites OR queer people..

However if youre neither and a good fit you will be considered☺️

-A persons not bothered by a semi- punk house

-A person who is friendly cordial and kind.

-A person who likes gardens and Nature.

-A person not interested in a SUPER Fancy home but loves the location and making a quality environment💓😊

- Lots of different art painted on the wall by former Roomate
( it cannot be removed)

- Great location for trees

- next to the bathroom

- window closet and bed.

- next to 2 other rooms

ROOM II:
- Spacious

-Great front house veiw

-semi furnished

-Large closet and bed
