Berkeley grads (now working full-time) looking for a 3rd roomate!

The available room is a large unfurnished bedroom with great light, views and ample closet space. There is enough space for a King size bed and a desk!
There is a large bathroom, with a bathtub and separate shower, shared with only 1 other person on the same floor. The images of the bedroom were how the previous tenant had it set up.

The entire apartment is 3 floors/3 bedrooms so we all have a lot of privacy. The first floor is a studio bedroom (currently occupied). The second floor is a common space with a fully stocked kitchen and new appliances, dining area, living area with couch and smart TV, guest bathroom (toilet/sink), washer and dryer, full billiard/pool table that converts into a dining table, and an outdoor balcony. The third floor has two bedrooms (the larger one is available) and a shared full bathroom.
There is a lot free street parking within 30 seconds of the house.

The location is great! Wholefoods, Phil's Coffee, Office Depot, Wallgreens, Chipotle, REI and North Berkeley Bart are all within two blocks. Also a great location for restaurants--4th street and the gourmet ghetto are super close. And only a 15 minute bike or bus ride to UC Berkeley campus :)

Two current tenants (Berkeley Graduate students - 1 male and 1 female), and a small dog, looking for 1 more housemate. We keep a clean common space and are respectful of each others' schedules.

The rent does not include utilities and usually come out at $150 per month, including the fastest wifi available in Berkeley.
