I am renting out two bedrooms of a 4 br/2.5 bath shared house on Bay Farm Island. These rooms share a full bath and another half bath is downstairs. The rooms are approximately 100 square feet.

The house is located in a suburban neighborhood. We have a park behind us that gives a great view of the San Francisco/Alameda skylines. Bay Farm Island is a quiet place and near the Oakland airport. House is right near the bay trail, which is a great running/biking path.

We have a nice porch area and multiple shared spaces on the first level. Common areas of the house are shared. House has fireplace, garage, driveway, family room, kitchen, dining area. Washer and dryer are on the lower level (shared). The rooms are the only unfurnished part of the house.

Rent is $1100 a month plus utilities (each)
