Hi, our names are Robert and Lasara, and we're seeking a housemate to share our home.
We have a large light-filled room in a 3 bedroom,1 1/2 bath home. The room for rent does not share walls with any other bedroom. . We have a washer/dryer and storage sheds in the backyard if you have larger items for storage. The house is fully furnished, with everything from furniture to kitchenware, we have it. The available room is fully unfurnished. The main bathroom is shared.
No smoking in the house or on property. Vaping okay.
Safe, sweet neighborhood, walkable, easy street parking, well lit. 15 minute drive to the Redwoods! Near many bus lines. Well lit street parking.
We're a pair of youthful leaning Gen-Xers, 61 and 55. One of us is non-binary, trans-identified. We're both writers, and one of us is an entrepreneur/executive. We both work primarily from home. We keep a quiet, comfortably clean house.

$1200 a month (plus shared utilities split 3 ways; gas electric, internet, water, and monthly yard up-keep). Renters insurance is required by landlord.
