11 x 14 bedroom, comfortably fitting one individual. It is toward back of house away from street noise and gets a load of sunlight during the day. The bed and bedroom has tons of storage underneath as well as a nice size, walk-in closet and ceiling fan. Brand new private bathroom just outside of your room. Nice, clean, comfy, and quiet home for retreat after long work day. Light, hardwood floors, dedicated space for you in brand new kitchen.

Lovely, well maintained street with long time families of color. The property is in the Arroyo Viejo Neighborhood of East Oakland. Please familiarize yourself with the different areas of Oakland, and this neighborhood before submitting a housing request.
