Hi! My awesome housemate of almost 4 years is moving out soon and I’m looking for someone clean, responsible and respectful to take over and sign a new lease with me. **Looking for someone LONG term. One year minimum, potentially longer if we’re a good fit**

💰 Monthly Utilities (per person approx.):

* PG&E, Internet, water, trash, etc. : (guessing around) $130-$160

* Liquor store, pizza joint and laundromat across the way (7 minute walk), small shopping center with Lucky inside around the corner

* Garage (which we use for storage)

* Parking inside gates, 1st come 1st serve, otherwise plenty of parking on the street (we are directly inside so it’s not a long walk once your in the gate)
