Private room in plant-filled 2b/1ba

Hello!

I have a room available for rent in a 2nd story 2 bed 1 bath condo. Located within blocks of the 580 freeway on/off ramps, restaurants, and a couple small grocery stores and gas stations. Laundry machines available on-site for additional charge.

The room itself is a spacious 18x9 feet, not including closet with built-in shelves and a mirror. It also boasts a decent view of the oakland hills.

Rent is 1200/mo plus utilities - fiber internet and electricity. Open to negotiation for assistance around the home.

I am a neurodivergent disabled woman with 2 cats. When able to I enjoy gardening, arts and crafts, spooky things, and video/computer games. If you enjoy cooking, I have a number of appliances from oven/air fryer to canning and dehydrating you would be welcome to use. 420 use and growing for pain. I also receive IHSS and will have someone coming to help me with my share of upkeep.

I'm looking for a responsible, respectful person, preferably with similar interests and fem to take over the room. Ideally I'd like to get along and potentially do things together from time to time without becoming enmeshed. No cigarettes, ok. Must be ok with cats - sorry, no more animals are allowed.
