Hello, I am a high school teacher looking for a roommate. I live in a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in Alameda and I have a small dog. The room is already furnished (bed, dresser, desk, bookshelf, floor lamp). Some amenities in the apartment complex are: plenty of resident parking, swimming pool, gym, package lockers for secure delivery of all packages, and the leasing office is open 7 days a week for assistance and maintenance requests. The apartment complex is conveniently located near shopping and dining, as well as 10 minutes from downtown Oakland and the San Francisco Bay Bridge.
I am a clean, friendly, considerate person and I am looking for a person that has those same basic qualities. Cleanliness of common areas is very important to me and I would prefer that we have a calendar/rotation for chores to avoid any problems.
