Looking for a female roommate to share my top-floor, sun-filled two-bedroom unit. The room is the bigger bedroom with a spacious walk-in closet that provides ample storage space. It is unfurnished at the moment, but arrangements can be made with a fee should you require basic furniture (such as a bed). Common areas will be shared and you’re welcome to bring up any specific needs you may have.

About myself:
I am an easy-going, quiet and friendly professional that usually works on-site and values a peaceful home after returning from work. I enjoy exploring nature, hiking with friends, traveling, learning about other cultures and novel writing in my free time. I have lived with plenty of roommates/housemates in the past and know how to deal with boundaries well. I hope my future roommate is also someone who’s willing to communicate and respect our shared space.

Rent: $1500/month for a minimum 6-month stay, $1600 for month-to-month. Security deposit is equal to one month’s rent, due at move-in.

Good credit and references are highly desired.
Sorry but no pets or smoking in the unit.
