Looking for a roommate, preferably female but LGBTQ friendly as well, to rent the smaller room in a 2bd/1ba basement apartment No pets. Walking distance of Whole Foods (5 min walk) and Lake Merritt. Full size washer and dryer in apartment. Street parking if have car with street cleaning every 2nd & 4th Mondays & Tuesdays.
Room unfurnished though old roommate may end up leaving some items when she moves out of state. This is how my current roommate has the room set up just to give an idea. Move in Jan 1st w/possible move in a month or two sooner. Looking for someone who is interested in Jan-Dec 2027. I do work from home and desk set up is in living room. I am pretty new to Cali still and would love to get a long well with roommate and do some exploring but not required at all. Looking for someone financially responsible to take care of their portion of the rent.
