Access the sliding glass door onto the balcony directly from your room and behold city and mountain views. The rear balcony has bar height chairs and one table, great for weekend brunch, fresh air, and to enjoy the sunrise/sunset.
Your bedroom has multiple outlets for charging your devices and space for your desk or other personal item.
Stay warm during the day with the radiant heat of the sun through the glass doors and cozy at night with a personal thermostat/heater.
You also have a full bathroom across the hall (shared with visitors) with ~ 6 sq. ft under-the-counter storage space, a soaking tub with overhead shower and vent/fan.

THE APARTMENT: The penthouse style condo is 1610+ sq ft. with vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light. It is wheelchair accessible, has a security elevator, dishwasher, industrial W/D within 20'. In the kitchen you will have access to a toaster and microwave.
Front balcony has a lovely view of the sunrise over the mountains. Side balcony is shared, both balconies have plants.
Please feel free to store your bicycle in the gated garage.
Parking is street parking, no permit needed.
