The building is a well-kept condominium building with a community pool on the 6th floor and a gym complete with a full array of exercise equipment and weight machines. The flat itself is fully furnished, one bedroom with two bathrooms, a galley-sized kitchen, dining room space, and large living room with a big couch. Laundry/drier is on the same floor as the flat. One free parking space is available. Sublet has two options, one lasting from August 2-18 for $1,500 or $3,200 for August 2 through August 31. Utilities and internet are included. If you are willing to water the plants 1x if you are staying for 2 weeks or 2x if you are staying for a month, I will drop the price to $3000.
