Hey there! I?m looking for a roommate to join me as soon as next month in taking over the lease for the apartment I live in! It?s a 2bedroom/2bathroom in a nice quiet Adam?s Point neighborhood just a 5 minute walk from Grand Avenue/Lake Merritt.

You?d be moving into the master room of the apartment, with an additional hallway of closet space and your own private bathroom. The room also comes furnished with a mattress, a desk, and a dresser; you can either keep them or get rid of them, your choice! The apartment has a pretty spacious living room, as well as a full kitchen with full stovetop/oven, fridge, sink, dishwasher, microwave, etc, and ample drawer space for food and cookware. There?s also a balcony, if chilling on balconies is something you think you might wanna get into. (If you?re already an expert balcony chiller, so much the better). Living room?s already got a TV and couches so if you?re like me and you need a great place to park your ass and zombie out to Netflix at the end of a workday, you?re totally covered. And we?ve got laundry just a 15 second walk down the hallway, baby.
