My son is looking for a male roommate for this coming up school year 2026. My son is in his sophomore year at UA majoring in civil engineering. We just purchased a condo that we are remodeling at the moment. Monthly rent is $700 including utilities and internet. We can do a year lease or just a 10 months leasing from August 2026 to May 2027.
