This property is right outside of city limits so people like to shoot guns and I’m currently have projects going on upgrading the house but it’s just a wall and back porch rn and I do it on the weekends but I procrastinate a lot, also have a dish washer and the beach is close enough to walk to and ik a lot of good fishing spots. I don’t want dogs or cats so other pets are ok. 15 mins from downtown mobile 10 mins from Tillmans corner and Walmart 30 mins from dolphin island
