Private bed/bath in apartment for rent!

Starting mid-June/beginning of July, the 2nd bed/bath in my apartment will be available for rent! It’s located on the opposite side of the apartment, so personal space is no problem. The bed room has a walk in closet and is connected to the bathroom, which includes a big garden-soak tub. Located on the outside of the bathroom is a linen closet that can be used for additional storage! Shared common areas would include the laundry, kitchen, dining, living, and balcony areas. It would be $750/month (half of rent) plus half of utilities (I never pay more than $150 a month, my half of power is usually ~$50-$80, water ~$28, and internet is $27.50). I’m looking for someone who is super clean, respectful, and responsible! Preferably female and in their mid-20s. I do have a little yorkie, but he does stay in my room, especially when I am not home! I am also the manager of the company I work for, and I am about to start school back to obtain my masters, so I have a lot of early nights/early mornings!
