Looking for a roomate to share a large, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house right on the Valley Hill Country Club golf course. The house is bright and airy on the inside, well kept inside and outside, in a nice, quiet neighborhood with little traffic. I am planning to rent out two rooms in the house while keeping the third room open for when I come back to visit a few times per year.

The large master bedroom has two closets, one a walk in. Master bath has a square tub and shower. Renting the master bedroom and bathroom is $1000/month. I may be negotiable on price. The other two bedrooms have their own closets and share a 2nd full bathroom, not shown. The larger of the two, the front bedroom with larger closet is for rent for $650/month.

Large family and living rooms have large windows and lots of light. The white-cabinet kitchen includes lots of storage space. The indoor laundry room includes a washer and dryer. There is an attached 2-car garage which is currently still full of things but will become available in the 3rd quarter of 2027. In the meantime, there is plenty of off street parking in the driveway. There is a front porch area with a fountain and garden. If you join the country club, you can walk out of your back door over to the clubhouse or pool, or drive your golf cart directly from the property to the course. If you are not a golfer, sit on the back porch and enjoy the serenity looking out over the golf course.

One year lease (negotiable).

Each renter is responsible for one half of all utilities, including water and internet fees. Owner maintains yard.

No smoking on the property. Up to 2 pets. Large dogs will preferably be outside but this is negotiable. Tenant/pet owner will be responsible for any pet damage beyond normal wear and tear. Tenant responsible for basic maintenance, for example, routine insect control (setting insect traps), clearing routine clogs of sinks and toilets.

No parking or driving on the grass.
