This is for the secondary bedroom in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. There is a bathroom right next to it. The whole apartment has 1,043 sq ft. Total rent is $1,231. Water is included, but electric is not. The apartment features are a balcony, dishwasher, fridge, oven/stove, and washer/dryer hookups. I have my own washer and dryer. The amenities are a pool, a gym, laundry facilities, a playground, and dog parks. I myself am childfree, and I would prefer my apartment to stay childfree as well. Shared expenses are rent, utilities, and WiFi.
