Room includes all utilities and comes somewhat furnished. There is a bathroom on the opposite side of the room. But its also the guest bathroom. But you cam still decorate it how you like yo make it feel more like you. I dont mind. I also have a 3 year old and 6 year old who share a room. We are a family of gamers and movie buffs. I enjoy cooking almost every day and dont mind feeding you when I have extra. The only thing I ask is that you're a chill person who doesn't mind kids or a family like environment. I work most days and my daughters dad watches them while im working.
