I am a mature homeowner living in a comfortable, clean, and quiet home in Auburn, Alabama. I am looking for a responsible, clean, friendly, and independent housemate.

You will have your own furnished bedroom with a queen-size bed and a separate private bathroom for your exclusive use. The kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry are shared.

The home has parking, a garage, and a yard/patio. Utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the monthly rent.

I value a peaceful and clean home. I am hoping to find someone who is independent and respectful of privacy, but who also enjoys friendly conversation and occasionally sharing a meal together.

This is more than simply renting out a room. I would like to find a compatible long-term housemate so that we can both enjoy having another person around while still maintaining our own independent lives.

I have a small, friendly dog, so you should be comfortable living with a dog. Non-smoker preferred.
