Hey! I'm a 23-year-old student looking to rent out a room in my 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment on 15th Ave S, just a 10-minute walk from UAB campus.

The space: The apartment comes with in-unit washer and dryer, microwave, oven, and dishwasher. The room is unfurnished, so you'd bring your own setup. The location is super convenient for anyone studying or working at or near UAB — walkable to campus, close to restaurants and grocery stores in the Southside area.
Availability: Mid-April through end of August. The exact start date is flexible if you need to move in a little earlier or later.
Rent: $620/month plus a share of utilities.

Who I'm looking for: Someone clean, respectful of shared spaces, and easygoing. Ideal for a grad student, medical resident, or young professional who wants a chill, no-drama living situation. Any gender is welcome.

What to expect living there: courteous about shared spaces, keep common areas clean, and am easy to communicate with about anything house-related. just looking for a straightforward, hassle-free arrangement for the summer.
