Private room with private bathroom

The room for rent

We are a fun but chill couple, set to be married next year. We have 4 cats, 2 dogs, and 6 fish. They are all super sweet and love love. We are fairly quiet outside of occasional get togethers on occasion, and really laid back.

-No pets, since we already have several.

The house is about 100 years old, and super cute. The area is quiet, with the exception of the neighbors sometimes across the street, but it isn’t bad. The room is a private room, furnished with bed, side table, chair, and rolling cart/table. You would also have your own bathroom. We can move the furniture to another room if needed. A king size bed will not fit up our stairs, just keep in mind :) My vanity and makeup are in the bathroom currently, but we can move that to our other room as well.

We would share the downstairs areas. Kitchen, living room, dining room, etc. as well as the outside areas. Not pictured is an enclosed back patio.

There is a washer and dryer, we would give you your own space for your groceries and such (you would be responsible for your own groceries), and you have full use of a fridge/freezer to yourself. We only ask that you clean behind yourself; you are respectful of us, our animals, and the house; you have no drama and don’t throw parties.
