Private room with private bathroom

We are a fun but chill couple, just married last year! 🙂 We have 4 cats, 2 dogs, and 3 fish. They are all super sweet and love love. 💙💜We are laid back and fairly quiet outside of occasional game nights - once a month. We rarely drink and don't smoke cigarettes, but it's ok if you do!

The living room is not usually as messy as in the photo, and our current roommate still has his things in the room. That will be cleaned out as well!

-No pets, since we already have several.😅😁

The house is about 100 years old, super cute!, and the area is quiet and safe. 🏡 The room is a private room, furnished with bed, side table, chair, rolling cart/table, desk, and bookcase. You would also have your own bathroom. We do use it on occasion since it's the one upstairs, but we primarily use the one downstairs. My vanity is in the bathroom photo but it is no longer actually in the room.

We would share the downstairs areas; Kitchen, living room, dining room, etc. as well as the outside areas.

There is a washer and dryer you can use whenever you need to. We will also give you your own space for your groceries and such. You will have to get your own groceries, but we do share ours as well. You'll have full use of a fridge/freezer to yourself, and can use any of the dishes and cookware. We do cook fairly often, and will always make enough to share when we do. We only ask that you clean behind yourself, that you are respectful of us, our animals, and the house, and that you don't bring drama. Being nerdy/weird is a plus 👽🧜‍♀️🦕🎮☺️
