Background check, credit check, income verification & references required. Security deposit will be refunded in full if you leave the place clean like you will receive it. $ pet deposit if you have a pet. You will be sharing the driveway and land with other tenants, so considerate, responsible, clean and sober only. No smoking. No drugs. Animals are fine as long as you do not disturb the other tenants. I pay wellwater, garbage, lawn care and septic. You pay Southern Pine for electric. You get your own wifi. Sleeper sofa furnished if you wish, or I can take it out.
