The rental space includes a shared bathroom fully supplied with towels and toiletry starter supplies. Tenants enjoy full access to a fully furnished home and a fenced-in backyard on a 1-acre lot. A large gate provides easy access for storing boats, RVs, golf carts, and more. WiFi, water, garbage pick-up, and electricity are included, unless utilities exceed $300, in which case the overage is split evenly. Rooms may be shared by a couple or privately rented.
