Nice big yard with no fence. Street parking and one parking spot behind the apartment. Top floor, furnished living room, no furniture in the bedroom currently. Washer and dryer located in bedroom. One kind cat who will not enter your room unless ok. No other pets please, no kids, and no couples. Has never been in the bedroom. One shared bathroom. One small storage space with deadbolt lock and key. 15 minute walk from APU, UAA, ANMC, and Providence. Fireplace on living room. Fairly quiet neighborhood, good neighbors who look out for each other. Perfect place for traveling nurses, students, or young professionals. The landlord isn’t amazing, but he is not a bad person. Just does not fix many things or communicate all that well. Kind of have to be persistent when things are needed. I am the only person in the unit. 30 year old young healthcare worker, been in Alaska my entire life, been in this unit and at my current job for 4 years. Financially stable, quiet, and reserved. I don’t host guests but I’m open to the idea of it if they’re good people. I’m hoping for someone similar, very independent, and a good communicator so there is no tension in the home.
