There is also a storage shed in the backyard and room under the raised porch for more storage as well.
There is a firepit chairs in the backyard as well horseshoes swing set.
I've got two dogs that live here, medium size dogs, the friendliest critters in the world.
The neighborhood is quiet and very well kept and has HOA rules.
High speed Internet, gas (heat), electric, water sewage are all included.
The property has amazing views out the back porch and backyard of the mountains and Eagle River in general.
Walmart gas stations are less than minutes away.
Hiking trails are less than minutes away, and the neighborhood is full of running biking paths through the trees.
This is a very nice house and neighborhood and I plan on finding someone who will respect it and help keep it that way. I'm a yr old Firefighter and Construction Manager dude that will spend as much time outdoors as possible, that's not into late nights or a ton of noise and like to keep the place tidy.
