There is also a shared sundeck for barbecuing and summer fun. The condominium complex is friendly, safe, access controlled, and well maintained. Nicely sized for midtown living at + square feet. Nice carpets, onsite storage, and affordable, clean electric heat. Large windows let in plenty of light and provide a nice view of the charming neighborhood. Resident is responsible for electricity and internet, all other utilities are included. The property manager is nearby and prompt with repairs and addressing concerns.
