I'm a Healthcare professional looking to rent an in-law unit, studio, ADU or Master bedroom ensuite, with a stove top, on-site laundry, and a little extra storage space in a garage (if available) in a safe and quiet neighborhood. I can provide proof of income, personal, professional, landlord references. I have excellent credit and a stable job I've been at for over a decade. I don't host parties or gatherings, and I don't have any pets. I primarily just sleep, cook, and relax at home. Otherwise I'm just out of the house meeting family and friends or at the gym/hiking on some trails.
