Considerate and thoughtful housemate

Great housemate!

Seeking a long-term home with good folks who like living together, making the occasional shared meal, and can work out arrangements collaboratively. Preferred: unfurnished (or just the bedroom), good light, some storage, close to retail/commercial life on the street. No parking needed. I don't drink or eat a ton of meat, but it's okay if you do.

I'll be 59 this month, an SF-native union stagehand and former (and future?) mapmaker working for parks and open space managers. Community-focused and civic-minded, responsible, neat, and mature, I love helping make things work out well for everyone. A typical evening for me, if I'm not out at a mapping meetup or Beatles karaoke, involves making a meal with the instant pot, and working on the laptop, looking for new jobs, building something interesting out of maps, or hunting up an old movie on Hoopla. com. My favorite weekends involve urban exploration, coffee with friends, getting out into the National Park or biking in Marin.
